John Griffith

John has been in the banking industry since 1990 where he has had experience in numerous areas including branch management, market development & expansion, consumer & mortgage lending, commercial & industrial lending, land & housing development lending. John also has expertise in lending structures that include economic development & government programs.

John's education background is also extensive with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, a graduate of the ABA National Commercial Lending School, a graduate of the ABA Graduate Commercial Lending School and WBA Introduction to Commercial Lending School.

Having served on so many boards over the years, John has developed a great understanding of non-profit organizations and their unique challenges when it comes to banking and funding. In addition to the current boards listed below, John is also a past member of Metropolitan Builders Association, Tool, Die & Machining Association, Racine County Economic Development Corporation, Walworth County Economic Development Alliance and Waukesha County Business Alliance.
