Report a Lost or Stolen Card
Report your lost or stolen card immediately.
Should your Park Bank Debit or Credit Card become lost or stolen, it is extremely important that you report it immediately to Park Bank. As soon as it is reported, we can place a block on the card to prevent fraudulent charges from coming through.
If you believe that your card is missing, call Park Bank as soon as possible.
Debit Cards:

Here are some tips to help protect your account against unauthorized activity:
- Review your account history regularly. Use our Online Banking system to review your most recent transactions. If you see any unfamiliar charges, contact us immediately.
- Activate e-statements to receive your statements securely.
- Keep us informed of changes to your contact information. Park Bank monitors for suspicious activity and may place a temporary freeze on your card until we are able to contact you to verify the legitimacy of the transactions. The fastest way for us to reach you is by phone, so be sure we have the correct phone numbers for you on file.
