Mark Henschel

Mark brings over 20 years banking experience to Park Bank with a strong focus in commercial real estate lending where he assists clients in acquiring and developing many different property types including apartments, senior housing, office, retail and industrial buildings. Mark has developed a reputation of being able to get complicated investment real estate loans done helping developers get their projects completed, including several ground-up construction loans involving New Market Tax Credits and projects with budgets of $30+ million. Working with these exciting clients provides the opportunity to be involved in the commercial real estate activities helping to drive growth and improvement in southeast Wisconsin.

Mark strives to be highly organized and provides the best service possible to his clients by staying in contact with local real estate investors, developers and brokers to keep abreast of current real estate transactions. He also follows real estate trends from the national scope down to the local community.

Mark received his degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He's a member of the boards listed below and is also a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). Mark also coaches his son's basketball team in Oak Creek and volunteers at the Oak Creek Farmer's Market.
