Forgot your Business Credit Card Password?
If you have forgotten your User ID or password, there are several ways to get help.
- Go to the log in screen on the Park Bank website and select "Business Credit Card Administrator or Business Credit Card - Individual cardholder". Follow the prompts to reset your User ID or password. Administrators will be required to answer security questions.
- Call 800.221.5920 to reset your password or User ID. Support is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- During business hours, call our Treasury Management team at 414.466.8000. Passwords cannot be reset via email or the contact us form.
- If your credit card has been lost or stolen, call 800.221.5920 immediately. Our card support line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Trying to log into ScoreCard Rewards but forgot your password? Call Park Bank’s Treasury Management team at 414.466.8000 during business hours. To reset your password online, the last eight digits of the billing level account number is required; you can get this information from your company’s business credit card administrator or by calling Treasury Management at 414.466.8000.
