To send a one-time or repetitive wire transfer:

  • Send a Wire Transfer Request form to Park Bank via:
  • Call our Wire Department at 414.616.4429
    • To receive a secure email link if you do not have encrypted email capability. 
    • To initiate a wire using your pre-issued PIN
  • Visit one of our branch locations during business hours
  • An online wire transfer service is available to businesses using the wire module in Business Online Banking. To set up online wire service, contact a Treasury Management specialist at 414.466.8000.

In order to send a wire transfer request, you must have already completed the Wire Transfer Agreement.

The wire transfer form must be signed by an authorized signer of the account from which the funds are coming, or an authorized representative designated on the account’s Wire Transfer Agreement.

Security precautions:

  • Be prepared for a call back at a phone number on our core system prior to releasing the wire for security purposes.
  • Personal customers will be asked identity verifying questions prior to release of the wire

Domestic Wires

The following information is required to process a domestic wire transfer:

  • Beneficiary Bank Name (receiving bank where the beneficiary has an account)
  • Beneficiary Bank Wire Routing Transit Number
  • Beneficiary Name (who is receiving the funds)
  • Beneficiary Account Number

If request is received after 4:00 p.m., it will be sent the next business day.  

Fees for domestic wires are:

  • $15-$25 when using phone, email, fax or in person. Additional fees may apply.
  • $12 per wire using Business Online Banking. Additional fees may apply.

International Wires

Park Bank partners with Western Union Business Solutions to provide international wire services. With questions on initiating a foreign wire, contact the Park Bank Wire Department at 414.616.4429.

The following information is the minimum required to process an international wire transfer:

  • Beneficiary Bank Name (receiving bank where the beneficiary has an account)
  • Beneficiary Bank SWIFT/BIC Code
  • Beneficiary Name (who is receiving the funds)
  • Beneficiary Street Address
  • Beneficiary Account Number or IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
  • Currency if not USD

Additional information may be required based on the specific destination country and currency. Refer to the Payment Formatting Guidelines for details. Exact requirements, detailed by currency, begin on page 8. 

Businesses using Business Online Banking are able to send international wires in U.S. dollars through the wire module. To send an international wire in a foreign currency, follow the instructions outlined above for sending a Wire Transfer Request form to Park Bank.

The cut off time for international wire processing is:

  • 3:30 pm Central standard time Monday – Friday.
    Otherwise, it will be sent the next business day.

Fees for international wires are:

  • $40 when using phone, email, fax or in person. Additional fees may apply.
  • $30 per wire using Business Online Banking. Additional fees may apply.

Receive a Wire

U.S. Dollar

To receive an incoming U.S. dollar domestic or international wire transfer to your account, please provide the following information to the individual or business that is sending the wire:

  • Your full account number
  • The name on your account as it appears on your statement
  • Park Bank’s information
    • Bank Name: Park Bank
    • Bank Address: 7540 W. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53216
    • Bank Wire Routing Transit Number: 075000666

Park Bank does not participate in the SWIFT network, so the bank does not have a BIC or SWIFT code for wire transfers.  Park Bank is able to receive international wires by working through a U.S.-based correspondent bank. The international bank sending the funds should work with their U.S.-based correspondent bank with whom they have a relationship for sending wires to the United States. Provide the sender with Park Bank’s ABA routing number, 075000666, and your account information. 

 

Foreign Currency

To receive an incoming foreign currency wire transfer, contact the Park Bank Wire Department at 414.616.4429. Wire instructions are specific to the currency being sent.

The fee for an incoming wire is:

  • $15 per wire. Additional fees may apply.
