Trouble With Your Debit / ATM PIN?
If your debit card has been “locked” due to PIN (Personal Identification Number) failures:
Call our ReadyServe customer service team at 414.466.8000 during business hours to have your PIN unlocked and/or a PIN reminder mailed to you.
If you forgot your debit card PIN:
Call our ReadyServe customer service team at 414.466.8000 and request a PIN reminder to be mailed to you
If your debit card has been lost or stolen:
Call our ReadyServce customer service team at 414.466.8000 during business hours or 800.221.5920 for 24-hour service
If you would like to change your PIN:
You can change your PIN at any ATM or on Park Bank’s 24-hour automated ReadyLine at 414.466.8684. Choose option number 4 and then follow the prompts. You do need to know your current PIN in order to create a new one.
