Trouble with your Debit/ATM PIN?
Business cardholders
If your debit card has been “locked” due to PIN (Personal Identification Number) failures:
Call our customer service department at 414.466.8000 during business hours to have your PIN unlocked and/or a PIN reminder mailed to you.
If your debit card has been lost or stolen:
Call 800.221.5920 immediately. Support is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
If you would like to change your PIN:
You can do so at any ATM or on Park Bank’s 24-hour automated ReadyLine at 414.466.8684. Choose "option number 4" and then follow the prompts. You do need to know your current PIN in order to create a new one.
