SecurLOCK
Real-time text alerts if suspicious activity is detected on your debit card
SecurLOCK provides an extra layer of security for all Park Bank debit card holders. You’ll receive an instant notification via text if we detect suspicious activity on your card.
Here’s how it works:
- A text message is sent to the cardholder’s mobile phone when a potentially fraudulent transaction is identified on your ATM or debit card.
- You reply to the text message to confirm or deny if the transaction is valid:
- If you verify the transaction, the card will be available for use after the card is unblocked, which could take up to 10 minutes in some circumstances.
- If you respond that you do not recognize the transaction, this will generate an outbound call to the cardholder during available calling hours and the card will be deactivated from further use.
- If we do not receive a response from the cardholder, we will attempt to verify the transaction by phone and email.
- For your protection, your card will be blocked and unavailable for use until the transaction is verified.
- Text messages are sent from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm in the cardholder’s time zone. Calls will be sent from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm in the cardholder’s time zone. Emails are sent 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
All Park Bank debit card accounts are automatically enrolled and may receive fraud alerts via text to the mobile phone number listed for your account. You may opt out of receiving text message alerts by responding back to the text message with the word STOP. Text messages and phone calls are unavailable internationally. For AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile users, you will not be charged any message or data rates for the alerts.
